I have recently completed two major alterations to cottages at No.1 Little Theodore Street, Balmain and 14 Murdock Street, Rozelle with Banzai Constructions. Both projects are located with the Balmain Conservation Area. Whilst the projects were “alteration” for the purposes of Council approval, in real terms the two houses were rebuilt built as new houses with the retention of some minor elements.
